Yuyao Shengchuang Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. manufactures flexible stainless steel lines for gas and fluid service at our own plant in Yuyao Jiangnan Plumbing City, Zhejiang. Founded in 2015, we have built production around 304 stainless steel corrugated tube — strip forming, argon-arc welding, solution treatment, hydraulic corrugation, braiding and end assembly — and supply stainless steel gas pipe, metal-coated gas pipe, corrugated hose and braided reinforced hose from the same facility. The Industrial Hoses category collects the flexible metal products we make for appliance connection, equipment piping, anti-vibration links and utility service.
What the Industrial Hoses Range Covers
A flexible metal hose absorbs movement that rigid pipe cannot: axial extension, lateral offset, vibration from pumps and compressors, and thermal growth. Our range is built on a corrugated stainless steel core, with corrugation profile, wall thickness and braid layers selected for the pressure and movement duty of the line. Two families sit at its centre — Flanged Metal Hose and 304 Stainless Steel Corrugated Pipe — supported by braided reinforcement hose, including Steel-Wire Braided Hose for higher-pressure water service.
As an Industrial Hoses manufacturer we keep corrugation, welding, braiding and fitting work inside our own workshops. That is how we hold the two variables that decide hose life: weld quality and corrugation geometry. Corrugated gas hose assemblies, single-plug and double-threaded gas hoses and bidet sprayer kits complete the fluid-line programme and are produced under the same material and inspection system.

Material and Construction
Our corrugated core uses 06Cr19Ni10 (304), a chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel typically containing 18% to 20% chromium and 8% to 10.5% nickel. Austenitic strip is longitudinally sheared, argon-arc welded into tube, solution treated and then hydraulically corrugated. The grade combines corrosion resistance with the formability needed for tight corrugation, and its surface is resistant to rodent attack in wall and cavity routing.
- Corrugated core: carries the medium and provides the bending and axial travel of the assembly.
- Wire braid: limits axial extension under pressure, protects the corrugation from abrasion and raises the working pressure of the same core.
- Fittings and flanges: 304 stainless steel components, machined and welded to the assembly geometry agreed for the line.
- Optional finishes: safety coating or protective sleeving for gas service and for installations where the outer braid is exposed to contact.
Application Fit
We build flexible metal lines for the places where a rigid pipe run would transfer vibration or restrict maintenance access. Typical duties include household gas appliances such as stoves, water heaters and wall-hung boilers, gas service pipework and metal-coated gas pipe inside buildings, and equipment connections on skids, headers and manifolds where flanged joints simplify service work.
- Gas service and appliance connection: corrugated assemblies with single-plug or double-threaded ends, sized to the appliance inlet.
- Anti-vibration and thermal movement: corrugated hose between fixed pipe sections and vibrating machinery, installed within its agreed bend radius.
- Flanged equipment interfaces: bolt-on hose sections for pumps, compressors, vessels and process skids.
- Water and dual-temperature service: braided reinforced hose for sanitary, plumbing and appliance supply lines.
- Food, medical and decoration applications: where the corrosion resistance and clean surface of 304 stainless steel are the deciding factors.
Configuration Options and Custom Development
Every assembly is defined by a small set of decisions that we confirm before production. Our R&D team adjusts pipe specifications, lengths and connector styles to match a drawing, a sample or a new appliance platform, and we can develop differentiated variants for a specific programme.
- Bore and length: nominal bore matched to the flow and connection size, with overall length and tolerance fixed by the distance between the two fixed points.
- Corrugation and wall: profile and strip thickness selected for the working pressure and the bending duty of the installation.
- Braid: single or multi-layer wire braid where higher pressure containment or extra abrasion protection is required.
- End fittings: flanges drilled to the agreed standard, threaded ends, double-threaded assemblies, O-ring sealed or rapid-connect fittings.
- Marking and packing: label content, length marking, bagging and carton counts aligned with your warehouse or shelf-ready requirements.
Production Capacity and Engineering Value
Our 30,000 m² standardized plant employs more than 100 professionals across production, technology, quality inspection and warehousing. The welding workshop runs more than 40 high-precision automated welding machines on an integrated intelligent assembly line that covers pipe forming, welding, wrapping and assembly. Automating these steps raises welding accuracy and removes the manual variation that would otherwise show up as inconsistent sealing, tensile strength or bending life.
Regular specification lines are held in stock year-round in our finished goods centre, where average daily shipment reaches 10,000 pieces. Standard in-stock orders are arranged for shipment within 48 hours, and our service team responds online 7 × 16 hours so urgent engineering orders and replenishment can be prioritised through production scheduling.
Quality Control and Acceptance Testing
A closed-loop inspection system runs through the whole process: sampling of raw material on receipt, in-process inspection at each production station, and full inspection of finished goods before dispatch. Dedicated quality control personnel monitor every process in real time, and complete records are kept for each batch of testing so that different batches perform to the same baseline.
- Tensile testing machine: verifies welding strength and tensile resistance of the joint between core and fitting.
- Swing fatigue testing machine: evaluates bending life of the corrugated section under repeated movement.
- Air tightness testers: confirm pressure sealing of the completed assembly.
- Corrosion and pressure checks: braided water hose is tested to 1.5 MPa pressure resistance and 1,000,000-cycle impulse fatigue.
- Certification: the product line holds national 3C mandatory safety certification and ISO 9001 quality management system certification, and our R&D work has produced a number of domestic and international utility model and invention patents.

Installation, Handling and Maintenance
Corrugated hose performs best when it is installed at its natural length and allowed to move as designed. The following points cover the conditions we ask installation teams to respect on site.
- Never stretch or compress an assembly to force alignment between fixed points.
- Support the adjacent pipework so the hose does not carry the weight of the line.
- Keep bends within the agreed minimum bend radius and avoid twisting the assembly about its axis.
- Use gaskets suited to the medium and tighten flange bolts evenly in a cross pattern.
- Pressure-test before commissioning and check joints for leakage with an appropriate detector.
- Inspect braid, corrugation and fittings periodically; replace any assembly showing broken wires, kinks, corrosion pitting or a weep. Repeat orders are built to the same specification so the installed length and end geometry stay consistent.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which products are included in your Industrial Hoses range?
The range centres on Flanged Metal Hose with 304 stainless steel flanges and wire braid, and 304 Stainless Steel Corrugated Pipe with threaded, welded or compression ends. Braided reinforcement hose for hot, cold and dual-temperature water service is produced alongside them, together with corrugated gas hose assemblies and gas pipe products for appliance connection.
What material are the corrugated hoses made from?
The corrugated core is 06Cr19Ni10 (304) austenitic stainless steel, typically 18% to 20% chromium and 8% to 10.5% nickel. Strip is longitudinally sheared, argon-arc welded into tube, solution treated and hydraulically corrugated. Braid, flanges and fittings are stainless steel components welded and machined to the agreed assembly geometry.
Can you produce hoses to our drawing or sample?
Yes. Our R&D team adjusts pipe specifications, lengths and connector styles to match a drawing, sample or new appliance platform, and supports differentiated product development. A sketch of the installed position together with the medium, pressure, temperature and quantity is enough for us to confirm a configuration.
How do you keep batch quality consistent?
We run a closed-loop inspection system with three levels of control: sampling of incoming raw material, in-process inspection at every production station, and full inspection of finished goods before dispatch. Each process has dedicated quality control personnel, and complete test records are retained per batch so different production runs hold the same performance baseline.
What testing is carried out before shipment?
Our laboratory and workshop testing equipment includes tensile testing machines for welding strength, swing fatigue testing machines for bending life, air tightness testers for pressure sealing, and corrosion resistance checks. Braided water hose is tested to 1.5 MPa pressure resistance and 1,000,000-cycle impulse fatigue. The product line holds 3C mandatory safety certification and ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
What are your stock and delivery arrangements?
Regular specification lines are held in stock throughout the year in our finished goods centre, with average daily shipment of up to 10,000 pieces. Standard in-stock orders are arranged for shipment within 48 hours, and our service team responds online 7 × 16 hours so urgent engineering orders and replenishment can be prioritised through production scheduling.
