Yuyao Shengchuang Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. manufactures flexible and semi-flexible plumbing hose assemblies — stainless steel gas pipes, braided wire hoses, bidet sprayer sets and industrial metal hoses — at our own plant in Yuyao Jiangnan Plumbing City, Zhejiang. Since 2015 we have worked on one engineering problem: how to carry gas, hot and cold water and other media safely from a fixed supply point to an appliance that shifts, vibrates or is periodically disconnected. That is the discipline behind every family in our Custom Plumbing Hose range.
We are an integrated original manufacturer rather than a trading office: tube forming, welding, wrapping, assembly, pressure testing and warehousing all run on one site, which is how we keep batch performance stable and hold regular specifications in stock.
Our Position in the Plumbing Hose Category
Our output is built around gas and water connection hardware for household appliances, sanitary installations and light industrial skids. The self-owned standardized production plant covers 30,000 m² and employs more than 100 people across production, technology, quality inspection and warehousing.
- More than 40 high-precision automated welding machines plus an integrated intelligent assembly line covering pipe forming, welding, wrapping and assembly.
- In-house standardization laboratory with tensile testing machines, swing fatigue testing machines and air tightness testers.
- National 3C mandatory safety certification and ISO 9001 quality management system certification across the product line, supported by domestic and international utility model and invention patents.
- Finished-goods storage centre with a daily shipment capability of 10,000 pieces and 48-hour despatch on regular in-stock orders.

Application Fit by Medium and Installation Environment
Gas service is the core of our manufacturing history. Fixed-length corrugated 304 assemblies absorb thermal expansion and contraction at appliance inlets, which reduces the cracking risk that rigid smooth-wall pipe shows at temperature cycling joints. Because the corrugated body is difficult for rodents to damage and the surface is passivated, these assemblies also suit concealed kitchen and bathroom routing.
For water side work, the braided hose family carries the pressure and impulse loads of hot and cold supply lines. Test data on this construction covers 1.5 MPa pressure resistance and one million impulse fatigue cycles, with a standard 1/2-inch (DN15) connection that installs directly onto angle valves and appliance inlets.
- Gas appliances: stoves, water heaters, wall-hung boilers and other domestic gas terminals.
- Sanitary and bathroom: faucet tails, angle valve links, bidet and hygiene sprayer sets.
- Building services: heating, central air conditioning, drainage and potable water supply lines requiring flexible take-off points.
- Light industrial: pump and compressor connections, vibration isolation and chemical media transfer where 304 is compatible.
Materials and Critical Specifications
Our stainless strip is general-purpose chromium-nickel austenitic 06Cr19Ni10 (304), typically containing 18% to 20% chromium and 8% to 10.5% nickel. It gives corrosion resistance, formability and hygiene, which is why the same base material serves industrial, food, medical and decorative applications as well as gas piping. Strip is longitudinally sheared, argon-arc welded into tube, solution treated and then hydraulically corrugated; finished gas assemblies pass through controlled forming, precision cutting and pickling and passivation before final testing.
When we prepare a configuration we work from these variables rather than from a catalogue number alone:
- Nominal bore and tube wall thickness, plus corrugation pitch and depth for the flexibility required.
- End fittings: single-plug, double-threaded, nut, flange or custom-machined stainless connectors.
- Sealing method at each joint and the test pressure applied before despatch.
- External protection: weather-resistant wrap, braid layer or protective sleeve for concealed and abrasive routes.
- Cut length and length tolerance, measured between the sealing faces rather than over the fittings.
Configuration Choices That Change the Assembly
Single-plug versus double-threaded. The single-plug design installs quickly without complex tooling and suits plug-in style stoves and heaters; the double-threaded version gives a mechanically locked joint on threaded ports and integrated appliance inlets.
Braid type. Mixed-filament braid suits general hot and cold water connections and lightweight fit-out work; steel-wire braid raises tensile and burst strength for higher pressure or frequent flexing service.
Length and coating. Fixed stock lengths cover standard appliance positions; we cut custom lengths for concealed routing and add a weather-resistant outer layer where kitchens and bathrooms expose the hose to humidity and condensation.
Finish and kit format. Polished chrome sprayers, matched flexible hoses and complete bidet kits can be supplied as loose assemblies or as packaged sets with instructions for retail and project distribution.
Production Capacity, Automation and Delivery
Automation is what holds our dimensional and sealing consistency. The more than 40 automated welding machines and the intelligent assembly line handle pipe forming, welding, wrapping and assembly in one flow, reducing the manual variation that shows up as inconsistent weld strength or seal performance between shifts.
Regular specification pipes are stocked year round, and the warehouse ships an average of 10,000 pieces per day. Standard in-stock orders are arranged for despatch within 48 hours; project replenishment and urgent gas engineering orders are re-scheduled through capacity coordination, supported by online customer service response over a 7 × 16 hour window.
Quality Control and Acceptance Evidence
Every batch passes a three-level closed-loop inspection system: sampling on incoming raw material, in-process inspection with dedicated quality personnel monitoring each production step in real time, and full inspection of finished goods before leaving the plant. Production deviations are controlled so that performance stays consistent between batches, and complete test records are retained for each batch.
- Welding strength: tensile testing of welded joints and assemblies.
- Bending life: swing fatigue testing on corrugated and braided bodies.
- Sealing: air tightness testing of completed assemblies.
- Corrosion resistance: verification of passivated stainless surfaces and coated tubes.
Our product safety standards follow domestic gas industry standards and are structured to meet the acceptance requirements of gas engineering in multiple regions. Certification evidence, test records and batch traceability data accompany project shipments, and customers are welcome to observe production, laboratory and warehouse operations on site.
Installation, Maintenance and Spare Parts
Installation practices differ by connector. Single-plug hose ends push into the appliance or valve port without special tools, while threaded and flanged ends are tightened to the port specification with a matching sealing washer or gasket. Corrugated bodies should be routed with gentle bends, supported away from sharp sheet edges, and kept free of repeated axial pulling at the connector.
For maintenance programmes, the practical replacement triggers are visible braid damage, surface corrosion, leaking joints under a soap or electronic leak check, and exceeded service intervals set by local gas regulations. Replacement hoses and fittings are supplied from the same stock warehouse that serves original orders, so a maintenance plan does not depend on a separate production run.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
A quotation from our engineering team is based on the actual working point, not on a generic size. The more of the following we receive, the faster we can confirm a configuration and price:
- Medium (natural gas, liquefied gas, potable water, hot water, other) and working pressure or pressure class.
- Media and ambient temperature range the assembly must tolerate in service.
- Connection type at both ends, thread standard, flange standard and whether the port is fixed or plug-in.
- Required cut length, length tolerance and routing conditions such as concealed walls, cabinets or vibration.
- Quantity per shipment, expected annual volume, packing format and private-label requirements.
- Destination market, project acceptance requirement and any sample or approval sequence to be followed.
